Cost of Camp: $100
Description of Camp: Incoming sophomore – senior football players will take part in a challenging Weight Training program 4 days per week. Focus in the weight room is on technique, nutrition, and becoming more athletic and explosive through a rigorous weight program. The speed and agility camp will focus on athletic movements that train Speed, Power, Agility, Balance, Reaction Time, and Coordination. Focus will also be on conditioning athletes in preparation for football season.
Days/Times: Monday – Thursday from 4:15 pm – 8:30 pm
Players will be assigned to one of the lifting groups later.
Each session will take about 2 ½ hours.
You will get weight training, speed & agility training, conditioning, mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination and football skills and drills.
(No training July 5, 6 or 7)
What to Bring: Cleats, tennis shoes and a water bottle
