Description of Camp: This camp is geared towards athletes of all levels (beginner to experienced) that participate in any sport. Campers will take part in a challenging total body weight lifting and training program. We will focus on using proper technique and safety, increasing functional athleticism and strength for sports, and preparing young athletes for high school weight lifting.
