EHS Spring Middle School Weight Lifting Program

Camp Description: We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Eaglecrest HS Spring Middle School Weight Lifting Program. This camp is a good opportunity for athletes to learn the techniques of weight training to better help them in their journey to become a better athlete. They will also get to workout in the EHS weight room and be taught by high school coaches! The camp is open to current 5th – 8th boys and girls.
Dates/Times: February 25th – March 13th (3 weeks) and March 25th – April 10th (3 weeks) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15 pm – 5:15 pm
NO CAMP during Spring Break (March 17th – 21st)
Location: EHS Weight Room
What to Bring: Please bring athletic shoes and your own individually labeled water bottle
