Nate Johnson is in his eleventh year coaching and fifth season as Head Football Coach at Pomona High School. He led Pomona to the 2021 Jeffco League Championship, and coached 6 All-State players on his 2024 State Semi-Final team last season. His previous stops include Arapahoe High School and Englewood High School serving various roles on the football staff including JV Head Coach, Linebackers Coach and Defensive Coordinator. He has coached several athletes to all conference and all state recognitions. He has also coached wrestling the last 8 years. Coach Johnson played linebacker at Adams State University. He is married with three children and is ecstatic to continue the winning tradition of Big Black Football at Pomona.
