Debra Pospisil is the second volleyball coach at Arvada West High School, and will be entering her 26th season at Arvada West. She graduated from Manitou High School, and went on to play 2 seasons at Fresno Pacific, winning a National Championship in 1989. She then finished her playing career and graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Coach Pospisil not only has a passion for coaching volleyball, but also really enjoys building life-long relationships with her athletes and helping them develop and grow into amazing young women.
