Description: Rising 9th-12th grade athletes will take part in a challenging weight program 3 days a week. Focus in the weight room is on technique, nutrition, and becoming more athletic and explosive through a rigorous weight program. Speed & agility will focus on athletic movements that train speed, power, agility, balance, reaction time, & coordination. The focus will also be on conditioning athletes and preparing for football season. This also includes our Spring Camp and Full Contact Camp, and a t-shirt and shorts are included in the cost of registration.
Cost: $250
Must register by 5/16 to get ensure you get your summer gear on time
Dates/Times: Spring Camp: May 19th – 21st from 3:15 pm – 5:30 pm
Full Contact Camp: May 27th – June 4th, weekdays from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm and weekends from 8:30 am – 10:30 am
Weights & On-field Work: May 27th – July 24th from 7:00 am – 10:00 am every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
(Week of July 4th off)
Where: ThunderRidge HS Weight room & Football Field
What to bring: team gear, water bottle, cleats, running shoes, and pads/mouth guards for contact camp
